This first application has been filed by applicant under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.115 of 2024 registered at Police Station Morar, District Gwalior (M.P.), for offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC and Section 11/13 of MPDVPK Act. Applicant is in judicial custody since 01.03.2024. As per the case of prosecution, Anita d/o Amna Prajapati reported to PS- Morar, Gwalior that on 28.02.2024, around 12:30 in the afternoon, she was going to Vidya Bharti College. She was carrying REALME Narzo mobile phone in her hand. Two unknown persons riding a motorcycle came from her behind, one of the boy snatched her mobile phone, thereafter both of them fled away.

On such allegation, PS- Morar registered FIR at Crime No.115 of 2024 for offence punishable under Sections 392 of IPC and Section 11/13 of MPDVPK Act against unknown persons. Applicant was arrested on 01.03.2024. He is in custody ever since. One mobile phone of REALME Company was recovered at the instance of the applicant.
