ORDER Applicant - Rahul @ Bachha S/o Shri Lalji Bamniya has filed the second bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (equivalent to Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) for grant of regular bail who has been arrested on 25.07.2023 in connection with Crime No.668/2023 registered at Police-Station - Industrial Area, District - Dewas (MP) for the commission of offence punishable under Section 302, 307 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959.

2. The first application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the application after recording of the statements of Investigation Officer (IO) vide order dated 09.12.2024 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.49147 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case on 16.07.2023, the complainant-Laxman Signature Not Verified had come to the place
