ORDER

This petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

    “(i) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly issue a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 5 to lodge the FIR against the respondent no. 4, 7 to 9 for the serious offence committed by them and thereafter initiate legal proceedings.
    (ii) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly issue a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 & 5 to take action against the respondent no. 6 for not performing the duties and unnecessary harassing the petitioner.
    (iii) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly issue a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to recover the entire amount of the trust from respondent no. 7 to 9 which has been withdrawn unauthorisedly.
    (iv) Any other appropriate writ or direction which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also be given in favour of the petitioner.
    (v) Costs may also be awarded.”

2. It is submitted by counsel for petitioner that a Private Trust was created by his father in the name of Ram Chandra Mandir and he and his sister were the Trustees of the said Trust. Even in Sec
