This petition is filed by the petitioners being aggrieved by the fact that vide Annexure P-1 advertisement was issued by the Professional Examination Bhopal (M.P.), wherein applications were invited on behalf of the Police Headquarters for selection of constable for which date to initiate recruitment was 08.01.2021 and last date to fill the form was 22.01.2021. In this advertisement, as per the note below the advertisement, it is mentioned that as per the M.P. Government Home (Police) Department, Mantralaya Vallabh Bhawan Bhopal Circular No. 556/128/96/Ba-2/two dated 31.01.1996, 15% reservation is to be given to the Swayem Sevi Nagar Sainik in the matter of recruitment of Police Constables. For taking this benefit, on the last date of filling up of the online form, such persons should have completed three years service of Swayem Sevi Nagar Sainik.

It is further mentioned that for Home Guard Sainik the certificate in attached Form-7 is mandatory.
