ORDER

This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail during trial relating to Crime No. 47/2023, registered at Police Station- Station Road, District- Ratlam, for the offence under Sections 327, 323, 294, 506.34, 419, 170 of I.P.C. The applicant is in custody since 16.01.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present crime. The allegation against the applicant is only of extorting money by using police vehicle but there is no case of theft against the applicant and he is a private Driver of the police (PREM NARAYAN SINGH) JUDGE vehicle. The applicant is in custody since 16.01.2024. The offence is triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class and conclusion of trial will take sufficient long time. Under these circumstances, counsel prays for grant of bail to the applicant.
