This matter is pending for more than 10 years i.e. since 2014. No body appears either for petitioner or for respondents.

Petitioner complainant has filed this petition under Section 482 of CrPC challenging order dated 07-03-2014 passed by Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Guna in Criminal Revision No. 13 of 2014 affirming order dated 21-12- 2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Guna in Criminal Case No.03 of 2013 whereby complaint filed by petitioner has been rejected.

In short, facts of the case are that petitioner filed a complaint against respondents- accused before the Court of JMFC, alleging therein that he was married to Anita, daughter of Late Komal Chand Jain at per the rites and rituals on 20-04-2007 and appeal regarding divorce between them i.e. First Appeal No.275 of 2010 is pending before the High Court and no divorce has been taken place yet. Gold and silver ornaments give to the complainant at the time of wedding, amounting to around Rs.3 lac has been kept by Anita with her.
