ORDER

Since pleadings are complete and learned counsel for the parties are ready to argue the matter finally, therefore, at their joint request, it is heard finally.

2. By the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , the petitioner has claimed the following relief (s):-

    "(1) It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari and other appropriate writs by quashing impugned order dated 25.10.2023 (Annexure P/31) with direction to the respondent to classify the petitioner as 'Uchcha Skilled Employee (Sthai Karmi)' in terms of Policy dated 07.10.2016 and further the respondents be directed to grant the pay scale of his respective post from due date i.e. 01.09.2016 including the benefits of increments, seniority etc. along with all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice. (2) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of the litigation may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner."

3. As per the averments made in the petition, it reflects that the petitioner is claiming the benefit of Policy date
