ORDER
This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking following relief(s):-
“(I) To, direct the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against such persons who have committed wrong with the petitioner as-well-as her family member after the proper inquiry.
(II) To, kindly be pleased to direct to respondent no.02 and 03 to take legal action as per the law and lodged the FIR against the Respondent no.4 to 11 and other for the offence committed by them.
(III) To, direct the respondents to take appropriate action of their act and liable to be punish accordance with law.
(IV) To, direct the authorities concern to provide the safety of the family of the petitioner.
(V) Any other relief or writ or direction or order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper looking the facts and circumstances of the case be awarded to the Petitioner including the cost of the litigation.”
2. It is submitted by counsel for petitioner that in spite of complaint made by petitioner, Police has not taken any action.
