ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 25.08.2022 (Annexure P/2) whereby the petitioner who was working as Principal, Govt. HSS Girls,Sidhi has been transferred to Govt. HSS No.2, Sidhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not be transferred from the CM Rise School just because he has not appeared in the examination for appointment in the CM Rise School , for the reason that he was over-age, and now he has been transferred because the State wants to appoint the candidates who have qualified in the examination for appointment in the CM Rise School.
Learned GA submits that the petitioner did not appear in the examination because he was over-age. It is also pointed out that transfer is an incidence of service, and as per the requirement, the petitioner or any other person can be transferred from one place to another. He further submits that petitioner has been transferred within the same district and not out of district.
