ORDER

1. This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashment of Crime No.91/2022 registered at Police Station Moti Nagar Sagar for offence under sections 290, 506, 507 IPC and under section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the 1989 Act’).

2. According to the prosecution case, the complainant lodged an FIR to the effect that complainant is well known to the sitting M.L.A. Pradeep Laria and also belongs to the same caste. Pradeep Laria has been elected as President of Sagar Division Cricket Association. Neeraj Tiwari is empire of M.P. Cricket Association Sagar and member of Sagar Division Cricket Association. Today, on 5.2.2022 he played an audio recorded in his mobile in which applicant Zuber Khan, who is the son of Farooq Khan, Secretary, Sagar Division Cricket Association was abusing Lariaji in the name of mother and sister, also insulted and intimidated by calling him by his caste name and also extended a threat to his life and also extended a threat to Shri K.S.Pitre, Chairman, Sagar Division Cricket Association.
