ORDER
The present petition has been filed challenging the order Annexure-P/7 dated 10.05.2023 whereby the respondent/corporation has refused to extend the contractual service of the petitioner on the ground that the work and performance of the petitioner was not satisfactory.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the reasons are cryptic and the order is stigmatic. Such stigmatic order could not have been passed withoug adequate opportunity of hearing and without informing the ground for coming to conclusion as mentioned in the order Annexure-P/7. The learned counsel further relies on a judgment of Coordinate Bench passed in W.P No.12464/2023. It is further submitted that this case was filed by the employees whose contractual services were not extended by citing the same reasons and by the same order Annexure-P/7.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further relied upon a judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P No.12464/2023 decided on 15.09.2023. The following has been held therein.
