ORDER
This petition having been heard and reserved for orders, coming on for pronouncement this day, Justice Sanjeev S. Kalgaonkar pronounced the following:
This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed feeling aggrieved by the order dated 15.03.2021 passed by Shri Rakesh Kumar Kushwah, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Distt. Indore whereby the learned JMFC allowed the application u/S 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and forwarded the complaint for investigation to P.S. Sadar Bazar, Indore.
2. The exposition of the facts, giving rise to the present petition, is as under :-
The respondent/complainant Cummins Technology India Pvt. Ltd.
Through Mr. Vaijraj Baswapattan submitted a written complaint u/S 200 read with 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. requesting registration of FIR u/S 405, 406, 420, 468, 470 and 471 of IPC against Jayesh Joshi and Pushpraj Dwivedi (petitioners herein).
