ORDER

1. The applicant/wife has filed the present petition under Section

24 of CPC seeking transfer of RCS HM No.32/2024 pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, District Jhabua to Principal Judge, Family Court, District Vidisha filed under Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act.

2. The marriage between petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 07.05.2021 as per Hindu rituals and customs. After the marriage, both started to live together at her matrimonial home in Thandla, Jhabua. After sometime, respondent did not care of the petitioner and she was subjected to mental and physical cruelty at the hand of the respondent for not giving sufficient dowry and fulfilling illegal demands. At the time of marriage, scooty and cash was given by Signature Not Verified Signed by: VINDESH the parents of Kavya to the respondent. An application under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act was filed by the petitioner before JMFC, Ganj Basoda, District Vidisha.
