Union Of India – Respondent
ORDER
Present review petition has been filed seeking correction/modification in the order dated 10.01.2024 passed in W.P. No.509/2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in the last operative portion of the order dated 10.01.2024 passed in W.P. No.509/2024, the observation made in respect of the birth certificate is not in consonance with the prayer made in the relief clause and pleadings made, since petitioner is not in possession of the birth certificate and with all her bonafides, placing reliance on the statutory documents i.e. Adhar Card, PAN Card and Voter I.D. Card which authorities are required to take into consideration in accordance with Schedule IV of Passport Rules, 1980. Therefore, since there is a factual correction in the order which was occurred due to typographical error, the review petition may be allowed and necessary corrections be carried out.
Per contra, learned counsel for the State submits that from the record it appears that some typographical error has occurred while passing the order and if the order is reviewed and corrections are directed to be made, he has no objection.
