ORDER

After arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this misc. petition with liberty to file review application forreviewing the order dtd. 03.01.2024 in the light of order passed by Madras HighCourt in W.P. No.22860/2023 and W.M.P. No.22333/2023 dtd. 03.08.2023 (M/s Madhuranthagam Agricultural Producers vs. Regional Provident Fund Commissioner).

2. Prayer being reasonable is accepted and this misc. petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is hereby disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.

2 3. If such a review application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by learned Tribunal without being influenced by its earlier order dtd.
