ORDER

This petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

    “(i) That the Honb'le Court may kindly be issued writ of certiorari concerned respondent authority and set aside the impugned order dated 14.08.2023 2 MP No.1767/2024 (Annex.P/7) passed in Case No.541/Appeal/2023- 24 by Additional Commissioner Sagar (M.P.) in the interest of justice and remitted back the matter to the respondent authorities for proper adjudication on merit with considering the fact and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice.
    (ii) To grant any other relief as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.”

2. It is submitted by counsel for petitioner that against order dated 11.07.2019 petitioner preferred an appeal in the month of August, 2023 alongwith an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act. However, by the impugned order the application for condonation of delay has been rejected and accordingly, the appeal has also been dismissed as barred by time. It is submitted that although petitioner was a party before the Additional Collector, District Panna but her counsel did not inform her
