This first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicants for grant of regular bail in relation to FIR No. 29/2024 dated 29.01.2024, registered at Police Station Ari, District Seoni (M.P.) for commission of offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 409, 201 of IPC and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act and Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act. Applicants No.1 Tavvab Khan and No.2 Faheem Khan are in detention since 11.02.2024 while applicant No.3 Firoz Khan is in detention since 04.02.2024. 2. As per the prosecution story, on 29.01.2024, S.D. Tantuvay, Sub Auditor/Administrator, Sewa Sahkari Samiti Takhlakala along with inquiry reports submitted an application stating that Satyanarayan Baghel is posted as Manager in the Sewa Sahkari Samiti and Abhishek Katre and Shobhachand Baghel are posted as Computer Operator and daily wages worker. They all three hatched conspiracy and prepared forged document and illegally transported 7,400 quintal paddy worth Rs.1,61,54,200/- and paddy worth Rs.33,53,088/- was also found in deficit.
