ORDER

1. The present petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution seeking following reliefs :-

    “1. It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to kindly allow this petition and respondent no.2 may be directed to decide the petitioner pending application (Annex.P-1) in accordance with law by issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction in the interest of justice.
    2. The petitioner further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be directed to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner pending application through circulation as per rule.”

2. Grievance as echoed in the petition is that petitioner applied for regular permit vide application dated 06.09.2022 to ply vehicle between Balaghat to Gondia. The said application was considered by State Transport Authority, Gwalior vide proceedings dated 22.9.2022 and petitioner was granted permit as reflected in proceedings dated 22.9.2022 filed herewith as Annexure P-3 collectively.
