O R D E R

This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- “(i). Direct to respondent no.(1) to (4) call the entire record regarding Annexure P-5 to P-10 for perusal of this Hon’ble court.

(ii) May kindly please to direct to respondent 1 & 2 to handover the case to independent agency or transfer the case to another district officer except Narsinghpur for conduct the fair inquiry under supervision of Superintendent of Police.

(iii) Kindly direct to respondent no.1 to 2 to handover the investigation regarding Annexure P-10 to CBI to conduct a fair inquiry and submit the report to Hon’ble court & if it is find out that the unfair enquiry has been done by respondent no.4 regarding FIR 13/2024 then to take action against in light of decision 2014 S.C. 187.

(iv) Kindly take decision in the light of decision of 2018 S.C.W. 575 for separation of petitioner no.1 and respondent no.5.

(v) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit.”

2. It is not out of place to mention here that the petitioner no.1 had filed M.Cr.C. No.17045/2024 for quashment of FIR dated 4/4/2024 registered in Crime No.13/2024 at Police Stat
