ORDER
This is the first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant/accused under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, as he is under apprehension of his arrest, in connection with Crime No.196/2023, registered at Police Station Govindpura, District Bhopal (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 389, 294, 323, 506, 34, 394, 450, 170, 120-B and 201 of Indian Penal Code.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent. He is General Manager of hotel Mohit Regency. It is submitted that (VISHAL DHAGAT) JUDGE main accused person namely, Rahul Giri came to his hotel and has swapped the credit card of complainant and has withdrawn the money. It is submitted that applicant does not have any role in the crime. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that after swapping the card Rs.1,20,000/- was withdrawn from the account and some money was returned to co-accused person after deducting the booking charges of hotel. In these circumstances, applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
