ORDER
This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
“(i) To quash the impugned order dt. 23.03.21 (Annex- P/2)
passed by Respondents and the right of ownership of the petitioner on the land referred in the petition may kindly be confirmed.
(ii) To quash the proceeding pending before the commissioner vide Annexure P/3.
(iii) To direct the registration of criminal proceeding against the respondent no.6 to 15 & person involved for misusing the process of law maliciously and moving the court fraudulently.
(iv) Any other relief/writ/direction may kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner fit to the fact & circumstances of the case with cost of the petition.”
2. It is submitted by counsel for parties that this case is duly covered by the order passed today by this Court in the case of Rishi Vs. The State of M.P. and Others, Writ Petition No.9129/2021 and, therefore, this matter may also be remanded back in terms and conditions of the order passed in the case of Rishi (supra).
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
