ORDER

This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

    "(i) Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 & 3 to take cognizance against the respondents No.4 to 7 and register the offence under the law.
    (ii) Hon'ble court may kindly be issued writ nature of mandamus pleased to direct the respondents No.2 & 4 to compensate the petitioner of Rs.10 Lac because he suffered mentally and physically due to false litigation.
    (iii) Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare that Respondent No.4 to 7 and their other relatives have no right over the above property, if they again filed any petition for taking possession on the above property then they may be sent behind the bar.
    (iv) Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deem, fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

2. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has approached the respondents for registration of FIR but no action has been taken.
