ORDER

1. Heard on IA No.4950/2024, an application for amendment in the cause title.

2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that in the cause title, by mistake Collector, Sagar, Superintendent of Police, Sagar and State of Madhya Pradesh through Commissioner, Sagar have been impleaded, whereas correct district is Narsinghpur.

3. Accordingly, application is allowed.

4. Amendment was carried out by counsel for the petitioner with permission of this Court in the Court itself.

5. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs :-

    (i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent authority i.e. respondent no. 1 and 2 consider and decide petitioner representation dated 13.03.2024 (Annexure- P/5), 14.03.2024 (Annexure-P/6) and 01.04.2024 (Annexure-P/7) within specified time, in the interest of justice.
    (ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit.

6. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been illegally dispossessed by respondent no. 4 and, therefore, petitioner has made multiple complaints to the authorities for taking criminal action against him but on
