ORDER

This first application has been filed by applicants under Section 483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.355/2024 registered at Police Station - Sailana District Ratlam(M.P.) for offence punishable under Sections 308(6), 309(6), 3(5) of BNS, 2023. Applicants are in judicial custody since 5/9/2024 and 6/9/2024, respectively.

As per the case of prosecution, Radheshyam son of Bheru Charpota reported to P.s. Sailana District Ratlam on 4.9.2024 that he was honey trapped by Bali Bai wife of Dilip. Balibai called him to Kedareshwar Mandir on 1.9.2024. As he was talking to Bali Bai near the jungle of Govardhanpura, other accused Rahul Maida, Bhilji, Hukum Singh, Sur Singh and Rahul Dodiyal came there and started threatening him. The Accused took cash Rs. 1,000/- and got transfer of Rs. 5,000/-

on phone-pay. All the accused went away with his motorcycle after assaulting him with kicks and fists. The accused are demanding further money for return of motorcycle and threatening to implicate him in false case of rape.
