This is the third application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 for grant of regular bail relating to Crime No.06/2022 registered at Police Station Singoli, District Neemuch (M.P.) for the offence under Sections 8/15 and 25 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1985 and Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860. The applicant is in custody since 08/02/2022.

2. As per the prosecution story, on 06/01/2022 while police party tried to stop a pick up vehicle during search, the driver of said vehicle fled away from the spot. During search 80 kg poppy straw and Samsung mobile phone was seized from said vehicle. During investigation it was found that present applicant had purchased the said vehicle from registered owner Kailash and both the sims were found in the name of present applicant. Accordingly a case has been registered.
