ORDER
With the concurrence of learned counsel for the parties, the petition was heard finally and today the order is being pronounced.

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR registered at Police Station Subahpur, District Satna vide Crime No.120/2022 on the fulcrum of a complaint made by respondent No.2 against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Succinct portrayal of facts is that deceased Asha Tiwari and the petitioners are members of one family. Sachinand Tiwari had four offspring. Elder one was Rajman, then Radhika, Ramkishore and Ramkendra, who are residing separately for around 35 years. Sachinand Tiwari gave 3.75 acres of land to each of them and kept 4.10 acre for himself. Ramkishore was residing in a house which situates on the land of Sachinand Tiwari. The relation among Sanchinand Tiwari and his four sons turned estranged. Sachinand Tiwari residing separately with his wife because all four sons used to fight with him and neither they cultivated their land nor allowed Sachinand Tiwari to cultivate his land.
