Heard on the question of admission as well as on I.A. No.17/2024, which is an application for condonation of delay.
2. There is delay of 441 days. It is submitted that due to financial stringency, the appellant could not file the present appeal within the time prescribed. Alongwith the said application no document has been filed to show the financial status of the appellant.
3. The present appeal is filed under Section 14 (A) of SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) Act, 1989 being aggrieved by the order of framing of charge under Section 376(2)(N), 506-II, 354(C) of IPC and Section 5(1) r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, dated 17/6/2022 passed by Vth Additional Sessions & Special Judge (POCSO Act) Indore passed in Special S.T No.141/2022.
4. The prosecution story stated in brief is that the complainant, a minor girl aged about 17 years, lodged written report with P.S.Bhawarkuwa, District Indore (M.P.) on 13.04.2022 with the allegations that appellant forced her to enter into physical relationship on account of life threat and on threat of airing video.
