ORDER
By the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,the petitioners are challenging the order dated 29.12.2023 (Annexure-P/5 and P/6) passed by respondent No.3.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated19.12.2023 and 21.12.2023, the petitioners have been granted a temporary permit allowing them to ply their vehicle bearing registration No.GJ-04-Z-0568 and MP-45-P-0702 for the route from Rajgarh to Ranapur and Bhabra toRanapur which is valid upto 29.02.2024 but without giving any notice or opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, the timing of temporary permit grantedto the petitioners has been cancelled vide order dated 29.12.2023 (Annexure-P/5 and P/6). He submits that the authority has no right to review its own order or change the timing once it is approved. In support of his contention, he placesreliance upon an order dated 20.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14117/2019 [M/s Trivedi Bus Service Through Yogendra Trivedi Vs. Transport Department and others] wherein the Court had observed that the Regional Transport Authority has no power to review its own order whereas the power of review is a statutory power grante
