ORDER
1. Assailing the order dated 11.10.2023 rejecting an application filed under Order 11 Rule 12 and 14 CPC , the present petition has been filed.
2. It is the case of the plaintiff/respondent filed a suit seeking eviction from the property on the ground mentioned under section 12(1)(a), (b) and (f) of the M.P. Accommodation Control Act 1961.
3. The defendants filed their written statement and had denied all the plaint averments. The plaintiff has projected the need of the property for his son Uday. During the pendency of the suit, the defendants came to know that plaintiff's son is carrying out his business in the name and style M/s Shyam Baba Trading Company and hence made an amendment in para 10A of the written statement. The plaintiff was permitted to make a consequential amendment in the plaint, but he has not denied the business, on the contrary, he has admitted the fact that he has opened as ad hoc arrangement.
4. The petitioner filed an application under the Right to Information Act to collect the details of M/s Shyam Baba Trading Company of which the proprietor is the son of the plaintiff. The said information was denied to the petitioner saying that they are private docum
