This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , seeking the following reliefs :-

i). That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondents to pay the annual increment fell due on completion on one year service form previous increment to date of retirement to the petitioners.

ii) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the annual increment and arrears due from 1 July alongwith interest of 8% per annum.

iii) To award cost of petition.

iv) That, any other relief which this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit be awarded to the petitioner in the interest of justice.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Gwalior in the case of Yogendra Singh Bhadauria and Ors. Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and Ors. W.A. No.645/2020 dated 22.09.2020, which reads as under:-
