This order shall also govern disposal of WP No.10856/2022, 8684/2022, WP No.7736/2022 and WP No.10857/2022. For the sake of convenience, facts of WP No.10856/2022 are being taken note of.

2 . By filing these petitions, the petitioners have sought quashment of order dated 08/03/2022 passed by Additional Collector, Jabalpur and order dated 31/03/2022 (Annexure P/9) passed by the Sub Divisional Officer.

The facts as incorporated in the body of petition reveal that respondent No.1 was owner of the land situated at Khasra No.336 area ad measuring 2.860, 338 area ad measuring 4.680, 345 area ad measuring 0.400, 347 area ad measuring 1.540, 352 area ad measuring 1.740, 353 area ad measuring 1.700, 360 area ad measuring 1.600, 142 area ad measuring 0.210, 155 area ad measuring 1.00, 166 area ad measuring 0.220, 168 area ad measuring 0.550, 217 area ad measuring 0.440, 308 area ad measuring 1.500, 325 area ad measuring 1.490, 329 area ad measuring 0.200, 344 area ad measuring 1.700 total 21.79 hectare.
