ORDER

Heard finally, with the consent of the parties.

    This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-
    “a) To allow this petition by issuing appropriate writ, further the Hon’ble Court may kindly clubbed all the FIRs and trials relating to the said act with one and direct for single trial so that the right of the petitioner may be protected; and b) Pass any further orders or directions as deemed just and equitable in the circumstances of the case.”

    Counsel for the petitioner at the outset has submitted that although in the relief clause of the petition it has been mentioned that all the identical matters be tried as single trial, however, the petitioner’s only intention to file the present petition is that all the cases be tried at a single place so as to facilitate early disposal of the cases and avoid inconvenience to all the parties concerned.

    The grievance of the petitioner is that as many as seven FIRs have been registered against the petitioner in the various police stations spreading across the State of Madhya Pradesh in respect of identical offences, as it is alleged that the petition
