This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , seeking the following reliefs :-

(a) That this Hon’ble court may be pleased to direct the respondent to grant a annual increment notionally to the petitioner which was due on the 1 st july 2021.

(b)That this Hon’ble court may be pleased to direct the respondent to grant all Consequential benefits and grant arrear along with interest.

(c) That, the petition may kindly be allow with cost.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Gwalior in the case of Yogendra Singh Bhadauria and Ors. Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and Ors. , W.A. No.645/2020 dated 22.09.2020, which reads as under:-
