ORDER
The present petitions have been filed challenging the charge sheet issued to the petitioners. As common questions of law are involved in the matter and there is similarity of facts, these are being decided by this common order. The facts and reference to the documents made is being taken from WP No. 11701 of 2021.
2. The petitioners have put to challenge the charge sheet (Annexure P-5) dated 04.02.2020 whereby the petitioners who are working on the post of Assistant Veterinary Surgeon with the State Government have been charged with displaying corrupt conduct in turning hostile in criminal trial. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one employee namely Sandeeep Parmar, who was posted as Patwari, was trapped red handed by Lokayukta Police. Trial ensued against the said person under the various provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act and the said person was ultimately acquitted by the judgment dated 30.12.2017 passed in Special Trial No. 5/2015 by Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Distt. Dindori.
3. It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner S.K.Yadav was (PW-2) in the said trial and petitioner
