ORDER
This common judgment shall govern the disposal of both the first appeals as both the appeals are arising out of same impugned judgment.
2. These appeals have been filed under Section 19 of the Family Court Act being aggrieved by the judgments and decree passed by Principal Judge Family Court Indore in HMA No.106/2018 dated 21.10.2020 by which the petition of husband Suresh Chandra Bam under Section 13(1)(ia) have been dismissed but the decree of judicial separation has been granted against the wife Smt. Preeti Suresh Bam. The appeal No.776/2020 has challenged the decree and judicial separation assailing with the decree cannot be passed.
3. In this case the respondent/husband Suresh Bam shall be mentioned as petitioner and appellant/wife Preeti Bam shall be mentioned as respondent for the convenience.
4. The brief facts of the case are that the parties are governed by Hindu law and marriage of the petitioner and the appellant was solemnized on 20.11.2013 at Nathdwara Rajasthan as per Hindu Rites and Customs. The petitioner was residing in joint family at Mumbai after marriage both the parties started residing at Mumbai and just after 15 days of marriage
