This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the

following:

ORDER

The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has

been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"It is therefore most humbly prayed that under the above facts &

circumstances of the case, the present petition may kindly be

allowed and it is further prayed that the respondent authorities may

kindly be directed to take necessary action and pass appropriate

orders over Annexure P-4 to P-6 Colly keeping in view Annexure

P-9 in the interest of justice as expeditiously as possible preferably

within a period of one month."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in respect of

grievance of the petitioner, he has also preferred representations/applications

(Annexure P/4 to P/6) but the same have not been decided till date by the

respondents/authorities. A limited prayer has been made by counsel for the

petitioner that if the respondents/authorities are directed to decide his pending

representations/applications (Annexure P/4 to P/6) in accordance with law in a

time bound manner, his grievance would be redressed.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents/State

submits that if such directions are issued, he has no objection.

Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Looking to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, this

petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh

representation alongwith all relevant documents within seven working days

from today before the respondent No.2/Commissioner, Municipal Corporation,

Gwalior, who, in turn, is directed to consider and decide the same by passing a

reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three weeks in

accordance with law. However, this Court has not gone into the merits of the

case.

With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed off.
