ORDER

This is the first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant/accused under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, as he is under apprehension of his arrest, in connection with Crime No. 18/2024, registered at Police Station M.P Nagar, Bhopal, District Bhopal (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 506 and 195A of the IPC.

2. As per prosecution story, the allegation against the present applicant is that on 08.01.2024 when the complainant came to Court at Bhopal to get Signature Not Verified Signed by: ANUPRIYA information about her case, then outside the Court room in the corridors of the Court the applicant stopped her and threatened her to give false evidence to get the accused acquitted in the case arsing out of crime no.449 of 2023, else he would kill her. Therefore, the aforesaid offence has been registered against the applicant.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent and falsely implicated in the present case.
