This application coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

This order shall also govern the disposal of M.Cr.C. Nos. 7620/2023, Signature Not Verified

5838/2023 and 1320/2022, as all these cases have arisen out of the same Crime No.275/2021 registered at Police Station-Mengaon, District Khargone (M.P.).

On perusal of the documents filed on record, it is found that the charge sheet was filed way back in the year 2021, and the charges have still not been framed in the present case, as the case are being adjourned time and again by the petitioners to argue on the point of charges. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.

However, petitioners shall be at liberty to renew the prayer after the charges are framed, as also with liberty to them to raise all the objections before the trial court at the time of framing of charges. The petitioners are also directed to argue on the point of charges before the trial court. The learned Judge of the trial court is also requested to frame the charges at the earliest.

It is made clear that this Court has not reflected upon the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid, these Misc.Criminal Cases stand disposed of.
