This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the grievance of the petitioner as highlighted vide Annexure-P/9 is to be taken cognizance of by the respondents as regards appointment of Administrator for the Management of Evangelical Lutheran Church in M.P.. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the concerned respondents be directed to take a decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be dealt with by the respondents No.2 and 3 in accordance with law.

3. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the present petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to take a decision on the representation, dated 18-12-2023 contained in Annexure-P/9, of the petitioner within a period of ninety days from the date of production of certified copy of this order, while extending opportunity of hearing to all concerned, including the respondent No.5.

4. It is made clear that there is no expression on merits of the case, the respondents/authorities in their own wisdom, shall deal with the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
