.....RESPONDENTS This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

By the present petition, the petitioner has approached to this Court for seeking direction to respondent No.1/M.P. Gramin Sadak Vikas Pradhikaran to decide the appeal preferred by petitioner on 22.11.2023 challenging the Signature Not Verified Signed by: SHUBHAM termination of the contract on 09.05.2023.

2. The petitioner was awarded work for repair/maintenance of rural road at Narshingpur and the contract was terminated by respondent No.3/General Manager, M.P. Gramin Sadak Vikas Pradhikaran by order dated 09.05.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner approached to Chief General Manager on 05.06.2023 complaining the illegal termination of his contract, but the same was rejected by order dated 15.09.2033 by Chief General Manager and, thereafter, the petitioner has approached to CEO by preferring the appeal on 22.11.2023.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the similar circumstances, the Co-ordinate Benches issued the directions to decide the representation within a period of 60 days by order dated 05.03.2024 passed in WP No. 4837 of 2024 (M/s Sandeep Rai vs. M.P. Gramin Sadak Vikas Pradhikaran and Ors.) and order dated 03.03.2023 passed in WP No. 4363 of 2023 (M/s Prashant Singh vs. CEO, M.P. Gramin Sadak Vikas Pradhikaran and Ors.). He prays for the similar order in the present matter.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the orders passed by Co-ordinate Benches, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1/CEO, M.P. Gramin Sadak Vikas Pradhikaran to decide the appeal preferred by petitioner on 22.11.2023 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law and considering the terms of the contract. The authority will be at liberty to decide the issue of limitation also.

5. Is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

6. With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
