This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

7.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, or any other writ direction or order and accordingly direct the respondent no. 3 to constitute a high level committee for conducting detailed enquiry of the case and in case if the respondent no. 6 be found guilty for his involvement of negligence, then he be punished as per the penal provision of the Indian Penal Code.

7.2 Any other order or direction which is deemed fit under the circumstances of the case may kindly be granted for the interest of justice.
