O R D E R This miscellaneous appeal has been preferred by the appellant/claimant under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is arising out of award dated 29.10.2022 passed by Second Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Mandsaur (MP) in Claim Case No.260/2017, whereby the Tribunal has rejected the claim application of the claimant.

(2) The brief facts of the case is that on 16.01.2017 at about 9:00 am, when the claimant was going to fetch water from Government pipeline suddenly the vehicle bearing registration No.MP14AC-5001, owned by respondent No.1, which was driven rashly and negligently hit the claimant due to which she received several injuries on her body.
