ORDER This first application has been filed by applicant under Section 483 B.N.S.S. Act,2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.539/2024 registered at Police Station Tukoganj District Indore (M.P.) for offence punishable under Section108 of BNS, 2023. Applicant is in judicial custody since 12.09. 2024.

As per the case of prosecution, Diksha was found hanging by ceiling fan at her matrimonial home on on 03.08.2024, where she was residing with her husband - Neeraj alias Suraj(applicant). She was immediately taken to hospital where she was declared dead. P.S. Tukoganj Distt. Indore registered unnatural Death intimation No.22/2024. Dead body of Diksha was forwarded for post-mortem examination. The Medical Officer opined that Diksha had died due to Aspyxia as a result of ante-mortem hanging. Statements of relatives of Diksha were recorded on 03.09.202
