ORDER This revision petition under Section 438/442 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed assailing the appeal judgment dated 03.08.2024 (Annexure-A/2) passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Banda District Sagar (MP) in Criminal Appeal No.07/2021 (Ranu Raja @ Jitendra Vs. State of M.P.) whereby learned Appellate Court affirmed the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.01.2021 under Section 324 of IPC passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Link Court Shahgarh, District Sagar (MP) in RCT No.59/2009 (State of M.P. Vs. Ranu Raja @ Jitendra) whereby applicant/accused was convicted for commission of offence under Sections 324 of IPC and was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months and fine of Rs.500/- with default stipulations.

2. As per the prosecution story, on 14.01.2009 at around 4.15 P.M. complainant Hari Ram lodged F.I.
