The present petition has been preferred by petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking following reliefs:-

7.1. That, the impugned action and order dt. 17.12.2020 ANNEXURE P/1, may kindly be declared as illegal and the same may kindly be quashed.

7.2. That, the respondents may kindly be directed to return the recover amount to the petitioner with interest.

7.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be given to the petitioner along with costs.

Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Head Constable on 20/02/1982. Petitioner was sent to R.T.O Department on deputation vide order dt. 05/10/1995.
