ORDER This applicant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking following relief:-

"It is therefore prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and the respondent no.1 and 3 be directed to arrest the respondent no. 4 to 6 and filed the charge-sheet after registering the offences under sections as mentioned above, before the concerning court, in the interest of justice."

2 . It is submitted by counsel for applicant that applicant has approached respondents No. 1 to 3 for registration of FIR but no action has been taken.

3. It is submitted by counsel for the State that it is well established principle of law that a petition for registration of FIR is not maintainable because applicant has an efficacious remedy of approaching the Trial Magistrate under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. (now under Section 223 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023).
