As per the case of prosecution, victim aged around 16 years was incised and taken by applicant Sukhlal. Initially, at the information of father of victim, P.S. But in her statement recorded under Section 183 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, victim stated that she stayed in a hut, but Sukhlal didnot commit any misdeed with her.
