This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

The present review petition has been filed by the petitioners on the ground that inadvertently in the cause title, the address of respondent No.2 in place of "Pramukh Abhiyanta Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Vallabh Bhavan, Bhopal, "Pramukh Abhiyanta Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Thatipur Gwalior" has been mentioned and so far as address of respondent No.3 is concerned, in place of "Vi./Yan. Bhari Machinary Sambhag, Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Gwalior," "Karyapalan Yantri Jal Sansadhan Vibhag Thatipur, Gwalior has been mentioned. Therefore, it is prayed that in the penultimate paragraph of the order dated 11.04.2023 wherein it has been directed that the respondent authorities shall decide the representation in place of which the name of specific authorities may kindly be mentioned.

Prayer so made by counsel for the petitioners appears to be reasonable.

Accordingly, it is directed that in place of "Pramukh Abhiyanta Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Thatipur Gwalior" it may be read as "Pramukh Abhiyanta Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Vallabh Bhavan, Bhopal" and in place of "Karyapalan Yantri Jal Sansadhan Vibhag Thatipur, Gwalior" it may be read as "Vi./Yan. Bhari Machinary Sambhag, Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Gwalior"

respectively.

In consequence thereof, let order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Writ Signature Not Verified Petition No.8012 of 2023 is directed to be corrected to the extent that the representation would be decided by respondents No.2 and 3, namely, Pramukh Abhiyanta Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Vallabh Bhavan, Bhopal and Vi./Yan. Bhari Machinary Sambhag, Jal Sansadhan Vibhag, Gwalior.

This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 11.04.2023 to the extent above.

Review Petition is disposed of finally in above terms.

Let a copy of this order be kept in record of Writ Petition No.8012 of

2023.
