This is second bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail relating to FIR/Crime No.736/2022 dated 25.10.2022 registered at Police Station Ashta, District Sehore for the offences under Sections 294, 323, 307, 34 of IPC & Section 25 of Arms Act.
