These writ petitions are filed by the State being aggrieved of the order dated 06.11.2001 passed by the learned Board of Revenue, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior in Revision cases No.67/Three/96, 68/Three/96, 69/Three/96, whereby it has set aside the concurrent findings of the Commissioner, Rewa Division, Rewa dated 19.07.1996 and that of the Additional Collector, Sidhi dated

19.09.1990.

2. This case has a long history. To record the facts in brief, respondents herein had filed an application before the Tehsildar, Gopad Banas for granting them Bhumiswami rights claiming themselves to be successors of Pawaidars of the concerned village. Their contention is that since they are the successors of the earlier Pawaidars and were in possession of the land contained in Survey Nos.325, 363, 364, 81/436, therefore, in terms of the provisions of Vindhya Pradesh Jagirdari Unmoolan Evam Bhumi
